Integrating the HPCareer.Net network into course planning has proved to be very popular with students.  Below are a few examples of how others have accomplished this.

For Introductory courses: Students are exposed to real-world examples of the career options within the field. Using these opportunities, students are encouraged to discuss the skills they'll need to aquire to be competitive upon graduation.

During the final year of course work: Students may be required to register, select opportunities of interest and prepare their resume and cover letter in response to the requirements of the jobs.  The documents are then used in a MOC interview session followed by peer resume critique.

If you would like to learn more about how others have built our network into their syllaby, please contact us.  Or, if you have other examples of how you've used our network in your classroom, please share your story with us.
